The project is to create a group that would apply themselves to come up with small electric utility vehicle that could be used in as a mobile store and that would be equipped with most of the necessities for running a small mobile store at a low cost. The idea is to create this at a reasonable cost so medics can move around from place to place at a low cost without burning fossil fuels and in an eco-friendly way. .
